Novotel Singapore On Stevens

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Botanic Gardens and close enough to public transport to easily get around. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and efficient staff always eager to help. We loved the range of amenities, especially the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace and garden area. The free shuttle service was also a great bonus, making it easy to explore the nearby area. The room was clean and spacious, with all the comforts we needed, including a mini-bar, soundproofed rooms and free toiletries.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel. The spacious and modern rooms offered great views, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, which were top-notch. The hotel provided good value for money.

good, quiet location, orchard road within walking distance. breakfast buffet was fantastic. staff incredibly friendly and helpful, everything is very well organized. pool is a great experience, especially at night. several restaurants directly at the hotel, modern gym. what more could you want?

staff partly quite unfriendly or not very helpful. breakfast is very expensive and not worth its money, i already had a much better breakfast. children's playroom is a joke.

hotel is very new (4 months). large, clean room with lots of storage space and a nice bathroom. equipment is high quality and modern, great lighting control. staff at the reception was extremely friendly. if you travel to singapore for shopping, you are in good hands here. price-performance ratio good.

breakfast: variety top, quality flop. waffles, pancakes, eggs... everything much too dry. i'm pretty sure that hardly anything is freshly prepared here. the fruit juices looked like that.. room service: it was rather cleaned and replaced than cleaned. also, our used glasses from the day before were not removed from the bar. so i did it myself and went down 6 floors with the sticky glasses in my hand... in a hotel like this... equipment: it is a detail but in our room. information brochure of the hotel was missing and/or empty, although i had pointed it out to two different employees at the reception. lack was not repaired within three days, location: we were in singapore for the first time and wanted to see something of the city. location of this hotel is completely unsuitable for this. despite the shuttle, it would also have been nice if we had been informed about the shuttle service.

The room was excellent, with modern and comfortable beds. The cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pools, were very good. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff and chef were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to Orchard Road and in a quiet area of town.

Brand new hotel, contemporary, design, decoration, classy atmosphere. Hospitality, great breakfast buffet in quality, variety, presentation, magnificent room! Nothing is done or left to chance in this hotel, why not 5 stars? pleasant room, swimming pool and gym too, equipped with quality equipment for the 2. we appreciated the availability of the swimming pool and changing rooms at the gym for a shower before our departure to the airport in the evening, after a late check-out, big PLUS! We recommend this hotel!

Restaurant Winestore very good, professional reception, service is not at all perfect. Especially in the evening. swimming pool on the boulevard side and main entrance too noisy, prefer the other without hesitation.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and Orchard Road, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a great view and plenty of storage space in the bathroom and cupboards. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities like the lap pool are well-maintained and easily accessible.

The breakfast area can get crowded during peak times, with a long queue and not enough food for everyone to enjoy.

It's very clean, new hotel, bed was comfortable, pools were big and nice, gym super well equipped, staff were super nice and attentive.

It was a little far away from the subway, but there was a free bus from the hotel every 30 minutes to the subway and shopping area.

quiet location, about 10min from the subway, bus stop in front of the hotel. pool on 2 floor. rooms are modern and well furnished, not very big, sufficient. free shuttle to the shopping mile. friendly staff

bed a little hard. price-performance ratio a little too high. breakfast might be a little bit more richer for western guests. at 9 o'clock in the morning you already got a note under the door, if you want to clean the room you should contact us.

modern and new house. pool area with 2 beautiful pools. shuttle service free of charge to orchard. area is a bit remote but well connected by bus and subway.

breakfast was just average. did not fit to the otherwise very nice and new hotel. breakfast area looked a bit unclean and untidy. dishes partly cold, like the fried egg and waffles for example.

hotel shuttle to orchard rd and from there metro connection or alternatively about 15 minutes walk. pool is a great highlight and is accessible for the novotel and mercure.

too long waiting times at the reception; check in took very long and until we got a new room card on the second day, it also took approximately 15 minutes.
